I know in this day and time we hear and see a lot of negative things and hateful people, let this not discourage you, there are still good people in this world that fight and stand for what's right and against racism, and that applies to every race. In the midst of our political climate let us not forget that this country was built by people of all different backgrounds, that's the fabric of the US (I implore you to take a deep dive into history as I'm doing the same).
My question is what has changed, and when did compassion and acceptance become so foreign? The statue of liberty literally says, "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!" Know I say these things to create UNITY not DIVISION just so we're clear, I won't pretend to be a revolutionary but I do have a revolution inside me that takes the side of humanity.#NewOutlook
